Counseling for All Life Stages
Meet Our Team
Jessica R Johnson LPCC, NCC, SEP
Owner/Therapist
After completing a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University in Wisconsin in 2015, I decided it was time for a change in scenery and some warmer weather. I worked in corrections for several years before deciding to shift my focus to the Albuquerque community. People often ask where our name comes from; the number 32 is both personally meaningful and the point of freezing and I believe in being genuine in all that I do. Seeking a way to incorporate the number 32 into my business the rest just made sense, who doesn't want to be frozen as their genuine self?
I am trained in several trauma modalities including EMDR, Trauma Releasing Exercises, Somatic Experiencing and Somatic Touch, and Nutrition for Mental Health. I am particularly passionate about the Somatic work I do after seeing the substantial benefits in my own healing journey. More than just a modality, Somatic Experiencing is a different way of being in the world. My clients often report feeling more settled with improved self-acceptance and awareness, deeper connections with others and an overall contentment with their lives and relationships. I love the work that I do and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their healing journey.

Ryan Tingley LMHC, NCC
Therapist
Hello, my name is Ryan. I graduated from the UNM Counseling program in 2023. Since then, my goal has been to help empower my clients to achieve their goals for personal growth by teaching strategies to manage distress, process difficult issues in a safe and supported way, and helping you identify and develop their existing strengths. I have experience of working with clients of various cultural backgrounds, ages, and diagnoses (such as PTSD, mood disorders, personality disorders).
In my treatment I often use a Cognitive Behavioral Approach while incorporating skills from other approaches such as Gestalt, Behaviorism, and Existentialism. As a person centered clinician, I want your collaboration to create the treatment plan and environment that will allow you to flourish.
As a United States Air Force Veteran, I have integrated the values from my service into the deeply meaningful work I do with my clients: Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do.
